Important Dates for Residents
- December 1, 2023, Rent, Retro Rent and Repayments are due.
- December 5, 2023, Rent is late, if not in Drop Box by end of workday.
- December 10, 2023, Late Notices are mailed.
- December 10, 2023, Evictions are filed for November rent.
- December 21- December 26, 2023, Office Closed for Christmas.
Change in Household
Please visit our website! It is user-friendly to notify staff of employment, unemployment, marriage, birth, death, adoption, and maintenance problems.
10:00 PM Curfew is Still in Effect!
Due to several complaints about loiters, noise, and children being left unattended, a curfew was initiated on July 1, 2012. If you or your invited guest are caught loitering in the parking lot or on the property, you will be arrested and/or evicted. If you have questions, please feel free to call the office 843.393.0436.
Reminders
You will no longer receive a Rent Statement each month unless you have an outstanding balance or maintenance charge. Your rent will remain the same unless you provide information that your income status has changed. If you provide information that your income status has changed and an adjustment have to be made to your rent, you will receive a letter stating how much your new monthly rent will be.

Easy 3-ingredient Christmas Treats recipe (this is your Christmas Pretzel Treat)
Ingredients:
- 20 Pretzel Twists (squares)
- 20 Caramel Rolos OR Hershey's Kisses,
- 20 Christmas M&Ms (Red and Green colored M&Ms)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit
- Arrange the pretzels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Place a Rolo/Hershey's Kiss in the center, on top of each pretzel
- Once done, pop the tray in the oven for 3-5 minutes (As soon as you see the Rolos/Kisses beginning to melt, pull the tray out of the oven). Remove and quickly but gently place a red/green M&M on each. Cool.
