Important Dates:
- 1st - Rent is due.
- 5th - Last day to pay rent before late fees apply.
- 5th - City Elections 7 am - 7 pm SCvotes.org
- 11th - Veterans Day - Office is closed.
- 16th - Community Fellowship
- 27th/28th - Office Closed for Thanksgiving.
HAD NEWS
- After November 16, 2019, the Community Room will not be available to rent until January 2020.
- Do not allow your children to play on, around, or touch other people's vehicles. This seems to be a BIG problem in the Bowen and Pine Village locations. This is NOT an acceptable form of play.
- Please read your statements when you receive them in the mail. Additional charges may be applied, and by reading the statement, you will know how much to purchase your money order to pay your rent. If there are additional charges such as maintenance fees or retro rent- these are
the only fees that a payment arrangement can be made for. A payment arrangement must be in place before you can pay less than what your statement says. - Remember to get important updates from HAD directly to your phone/email.
