Public Housing
Annual Recertification is now available online via the secure Tenant Portal for Public Housing participants.
If interested, please reach out to your caseworker for more information.
Current Public Housing Residents may register for a tenant account. A tenant account allows you to make electronic payments to the Housing Authority of Darlington.
If you are not registered yet, please follow the steps below:
- Register for an Account Here.
- Please use the same name and SSN that your housing application has listed.
- Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your account information.
Our online payment system charges a $3 convenience fee for all online transactions. If you would prefer, you are welcome to pay your rent in person/via mail at Darlington Housing Authority Administration Office, 324 Bacote Street, Darlington, SC 29532.
