Important Dates for Residents
- July 31st - First Day of School

Reminders
- Wednesday is designated as the day the street sweeper will be sweeping the streets in Pine Village.
- Please be aware that this process will stir up a lot of dust. We suggest that Wednesday not be a day to hang laundry on the clothesline.
- It is summertime and the kids are playing outside so please take care whenever you are driving.
- 10 pm Curfew is still in effect.
- Please do not risk the possibility of getting a Lease Violation for violating the curfew.
- Please pull roll carts to the street on the designated day and pull them back after trash pickup.
- Leaving them on the curb is a violation of Darlington City Ordinance.
- When paying your rent and additional charges, please explain how you want funds to be applied.
- Removal of furniture will result in a fee of $10.00 per piece.
Helpful Hints for Mold or Mildew Issues in your bathroom
- Use your fan when using the bath or shower. Leave the fan running for at least 30 minutes after using the bath or shower to allow the steam to evaporate.
- Leave your bathroom door open after a shower or bath to allow air to circulate and dry out.
- Clean your tub/shower and any areas that mildew with a bleach product.
