Important Dates for Residents
- August 1st - Rent, Retro Rent, and Repayments are due.
- August 6th - Rent is late. Late Notices are mailed.
- August 12th - Evictions are filed for July.
Reminders
- Please indicate on your money orders/checks if you are paying your Security Deposit or Maintenance Fees or Retro Rent. Also please make sure you have your name and/or address on your money order before dropping in Drop Box. Failure to do so will result in your money not being posted promptly.
- Please move all your child/children's toys from the yard when yard services are being done.
- No one is allowed to sit on the caged equipment on the grounds.
- No kiddie pools, swimming pools, or trampolines are allowed on the premises.
- Air conditioning not working is not an emergency unless we have a heat advisory.

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, we will no longer mail newsletters and monthly statements unless you have an outstanding balance or maintenance charge. After your recertification has been completed, your rent will remain the same unless you provide information that requires it to change or have maintenance charges.

Designated inclement weather days: Feb. 19-21. The district plans to use digital learning on inclement weather days and therefore does not anticipate any changes in the current calendar.
