Important News & Reminders
As a reminder, HAD accepts rent payments online. This eliminates the need for money orders. If you wish to take advantage of paying rent electronically, you can do so through DarlingtonHA.org.
Reminder: By Appointment Only. HAD computers are available in the community room for residents to email, print pay statements, do job searches, etc. If you are printing out pay statements, assistance will be available between 9 AM-11 AM only.
Income Reporting: All income must be reported, whether it is Child Support, Social Security, Employment Wages, Unemployment, or AFDC from the DHS. This includes income from all heads of household and adult (18 and over) household members. If you have questions, please call 843-393-0436 ext. 2004 and speak with Elaine.
HAD Parking: Get your vehicle pass with HAD. You will need to provide a current vehicle registration & current insurance card. Failing to register your car will result in it being towed.

Look at What's New
We have been working behind the scenes and now want to let you know we have made a change to the website by adding user-friendly online forms through DocuSign. This feature will save you time by eliminating the need to fax, email, or drive to the office to drop things off. When there is a requirement to sign forms, we will email you forms through Docusign, which already has the autofill feature. We are sure you will find this saves on paperwork for both residents and staff. You will be able to sign papers easily and if you need to add attachments, that option will be available to you as well. We are eager to share this new venture with you, especially because we will use it more and more for your and our convenience.
