- May 1st - rent, retro rent, and repayments due
- May 5th - late notices mailed
- May 11th - evictions filed for April rent
- May 29th - office closed in observation of Memorial Day

Notice to Tenants

Do not call emergency maintenance unless it is a true emergency, maintenance will not be dispatched in the middle of the night. We do not come out nights or weekends to change or replace light bulbs. The charge for opening a door after hours is $50.00. If you have an emergency, please call, and leave your name, address, phone number, and details about your emergency. For all other maintenance concerns, please call the office and leave a message and we will take care of it during the normal work week.
If you have changed your home or cell phone number, please email your new number to Mrs. Elaine Bell.
Curfew:
Due to several complaints about loiterers, noise, and children being left unattended, a 10 PM curfew was initiated on July 1, 2012. This curfew is still in effect. If you or your invited guest are caught loitering in the parking lot or on the property, you will be arrested and/or evicted. If you have questions, please feel free to call the office. 843.393.0436

Public Housing On-Line Rent Change Information:
Please click here to request an interim rent change.
Fill out the questionnaire and attach all supporting documentation to process your rent change.
Failure to do so will result in any possible rent change not being processed.
All documentation should be emailed to Mrs. Elaine Bell.

Freedom Fest - June 24, 2023
Join the greater Darlington Chamber of Commerce for our annual freedom fest at downtown Darlington at the square!
The event will include:
- Food and beverage vendors
- Merchandise vendors
- Kids' carnival
- Live music
- Fireworks
All in downtown Darlington.
