Now Available--Online Interim Rent Change Requests
We are happy to announce that we are now able to accept requests from our PH and HCV tenants for interim rent changes on our website. Requests can be made using any device--mobile phone, tablet/iPad, or computer.

Tenants may access the form by clicking the above link or by navigating to our website and following these instructions:
- Go to www.darlingtonha.org
- Click on Housing
- Click on Housing Choice Voucher Program or PH Program (depending on which program your household participates in)
- Click on Rent Change Request
- Click the blue hyperlink to be taken directly to the form. The form is filled out electronically. There is an option at the bottom of the form to upload supporting documents. No changes can be processed without proper supporting documentation.
The form and any included attachments are sent immediately upon completion to the appropriate case manager.
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided on the form as well.
If you require assistance completing these forms or do not have access to the internet at home, please reach out to our office at 843-393-0436 to schedule an appointment to use a computer in our community center (with staff assistance if needed) or you may visit your local library to use a computer as well.
