Hurricane Preparation for Residents

Category: Hurricane Notices

As we prepare for Hurricane Michael we are asking residents to take note of the following items;

In anticipation of high winds please make sure all chairs, toys, potted plants etc. are removed from porches. Also, please note that our maintenance staff will not be coming out for any calls during the storm. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Heavy rain is possible with this storm - if this does occur many local roads will flood. Please do not attempt to drive through any flood waters as you will not know what debris may be in the water. Do not allow children to play in any flood water after the storm has past.
