Housing Choice Voucher Program Payment Standard Increase

The Housing Authority of Darlington has received approval from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to implement a Payment Standard in the Housing Choice Voucher Program from 111 to 120 % of the current FMR. The new payment standards are set at 120% of the current FMR and are as follows:
- Efficiency $703.00
- 1 Bedroom $745.00
- 2 Bedroom $865.00
- 3 Bedroom $1129.00
- 4 Bedroom $1234.00
Effective February 8, 2022 for New Move Ins and Transfers
Effective April 1, 2022 for Annual Recertification
