To all residents,

Air Conditioning

Temperatures are on the rise as summer approaches and most of you are now using your air conditioning. The air conditioning units are getting older and so are prone to having more breakdowns. Due to government cutbacks and budget restraints we are limited on how much money we can spend on repairing these old units. We will make every effort to keep them going over this summer but be aware that we may not be able to replace your a/c if the unit dies. Also note that if your unit goes down we will no longer be providing portable a/c units while repairs are being attempted. HUD does not consider air conditioning as a necessity so at no time is it considered an emergency if your unit stops working.

Large Trash Items

The city is no longer picking up large items so we have had to rent a large dumpster. Therefore we are having to increase our pick up charge to $10 a piece effective July 1, 2017. Please call the office to have large items picked up. Do not leave items by the roadside, if you do you will be fined $50 plus the pick-up fees. If you see someone else putting items by the road in front of your unit, to avoid be charged yourself, please contact the office immediately.

Thank you for your cooperation!
