New Horizons

It is the hope of New Horizons, the nonprofit for Darlington Housing Authority, to manage and develop Affordable Housing properties outside of the Public Housing portfolio in the future, as we have done in the past. This page will be updated when there is a change in status as we continue to navigate through evolving social, environmental, and economic issues.
